Privacy Policy
Short version: I don't collect any personal data about you. There's nothing to sell, share, or lose.
What data is collected
Almost nothing. This site uses GoatCounter, an open-source analytics service designed for privacy. It tracks:
- Which pages are visited.
- The approximate country of the visitor (from the first 2-3 digits of their IP, not the exact location, and we don't keep IP addresses.)
- Browser type and screen size (for basic compatibility.)
- The website you came from, if you followed a link here.
GoatCounter does NOT use cookies. It does NOT store IP addresses. It does NOT track you across sites. It does NOT create profiles. It does NOT collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information. The source code is public and anyone can verify this.
What data is NOT collected
- No names
- No email addresses (unless you email me directly)
- No IP addresses stored
- No cookies
- No tracking across websites
- No user accounts
- No login data
- No payment information
If you send me an email using the contact link on the site, I will see your email address in my inbox. I'll only use it to reply to your message. I won't add it to any list, share it, or use it for anything else.
Affiliate links
The Price Guide page contains affiliate links to eBay. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, eBay may pay me a small commission. eBay's use of your data is governed by eBay's own privacy policy. I do not receive any personal information about you from these transactions.
Hosting
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) as part of operating the service. I don't have access to those logs. See GitHub's Privacy Policy for details.
Your rights (CCPA — California)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information is collected about you
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the sale of your personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
Because I collect no personal data, there is nothing to disclose, delete, or sell. Your rights are fully honored by default. Similar laws exist in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Texas, Florida, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, Tennessee, and Indiana. If you have questions, email [email protected].
Your rights (GDPR — Europe)
If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you rights including:
- The right to be informed about data collection
- The right of access to your data
- The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- The right to restrict processing
- The right to data portability
As with CCPA, no personal data is collected. There is nothing to access, erase, restrict, or port. Your rights are fully protected. The lawful basis for using GoatCounter is legitimate interest in understanding which pages are popular, with minimal privacy impact.
Cookies
This site does not set any cookies. GoatCounter does not use cookies. eBay affiliate links do not set cookies from this site (eBay may set its own cookies when you visit eBay.com, which is governed by their privacy policy).
International visitors
The approximate country-level data from GoatCounter is used only to understand what regions the site's visitors come from. This is the least precise location data possible (country level only, no state/province/county/region or city). No location data is stored or shared.

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date below will reflect that. I'll keep it accurate and honest.
